Rodney Dizon is an accomplished entrepreneur with a strong track record in manufacturing, real estate, and investments across the USA and Asia. A Business Administration graduate from the University of Southern California, he was recognized in 2013 as the Most Outstanding Local President of the World for Junior Chamber International, standing out among 5,000 organizations worldwide. Rodney’s dedication to excellence and community service drives his impactful initiatives across various markets.
CJ Yamada
Chief Financial Officer, CFO
CJ Yamada runs Yamada Capital, an investment firm that manages 180 units of memory care & independent living facilities. His company donates 1% of profits to local churches and non-profits, as giving back is part of his core values. He carries a Master of Business Administration, founded the Multifamily Real Estate Investing Meetup Group in Las Vegas, and is actively involved with the Nevada State Apartment Association.
Froyla Alden
Chief Operating Officer, COO
Froyla Alden has spent over 30 years in the Home Health Industry, managing a company serving up to 400 patients at one point. She is a registered nurse (RN) with a Master's in Nursing specializing in Management, and has effectively managed and consulted on numerous home health agencies during her career. Her extensive expertise not only reflects her commitment to patient care but also her leadership skills in navigating the complexities of home health services.
